Ross Island
Former British administrative headquarters. Now a beautiful ruin taken over by massive Ficus trees and roaming deer.
About the Destination
Ross Island (officially Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose Island) was the Administrative Headquarters for the islands, before an earthquake rocked it in 1941. Now, it is a lovely place to visit for a few hours. The thick forests, the ruins of the bakery, church, and swimming pool, and the friendly deer make it a unique experience.
